IMPORTANT TIP: Use teachers, leaders or children to run the activity so your hands are free to lead and sign. Children love to do these activities, but sometimes need help from an adult. I always have a teacher or leader help them so I can lead the song.
This is brilliant. I hope you don't mind but I have copied a lot of these onto a handout for choristers at our Stake Auxiliary training. I credited you on the handout and will be referring them to your website. At every ward visit actual ideas they can use now is what our choristers are begging for. Your blog is amazing! I would love to sit in your singing time! I have also pinned you!
ReplyDeleteTia, I'm glad you are sharing these ideas. That's why I started the blog! Good luck with your training!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your ideas! I am starting my second year in my calling as Primary Chorister, and still looking for ideas. Love, love, love your motivational games, and will definitely use them all!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these great ideas! I can't wait to use them. They are age appropriate and fun, and I can tell my primary kids are going to love them. I also teach a spanish club and I am going to use them for that as well. Your descriptions of the activities are clear and concise, and none of them require complicated or expensive preparation. Thanks again!
